The issue is present in: Mac OS Preview, Foxit PDF Viewer, and Chrome. Click again with the Typewriter tool for each answer you type. The issue also occurs with Calibri Bold, if you need a common font to test. Move typed entries by clicking to select the text and dragging it by its border. Is there any method to export to pdf without distortion that doesn't itself distort the text (like double layering or converting to outline)? If not, what is the best way to fix this? To change it, right-click on the box’s edge (highlighting the box first if necessary) and choose Properties from the context menu. The first is when I exported the file to a PNG format, and the second is a screenshot of a PDF export. For our purposes we don’t want any border surrounding the text box. The pdf seems to convert the stroke to a vector that does not match the original stroke. Position the cursor where you want the text field to begin. The cross hairs allow you to align the field with the ruler, text, or another field.
HINT: The cursor changes to a cross hairs. Repeat steps 6 through 10 to create the second header or footer with different formatting or positioned on even or odd pages only. :^( I am stroking text in Indesign, and exporting the file to a pdf. From the Add New Field pull-down menu, select Show Tools on Toolbar. Enter the second text elements in the position textboxes in the Add Headers and Footers dialog box (see figure 5). I have been working on this technical issue for a while and can't seem to get around it.
